How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. US orders of $75 or more ship free.
Do you ship outside the US?

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status from your order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Product & fit
How do the caps fit?
All S:VN snapbacks are unisex and one size fits most, with an adjustable snap closure for a secure, comfortable fit.
What are the caps made of?
Drop 001 Foundation caps use Tri-Tech and perforated Tri-Tech fabric. Cam Bam Series caps are 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Both are water and sweat resistant.
How do I care for my cap?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Avoid the washing machine and dryer to keep the crown’s structure.
